Dr Neil Patel is a Specialist in Orthodontics and clinical postgraduate tutor at the Eastman Dental Hospital. He has a wide variety of clinical experience in growth modification, ceramic, self-ligating and Invisalign orthodontic appliances, and holds the status of Platinum Elite Invisalign Provider.

He completed his undergraduate dental training at The Royal London Hospital in 2007 with distinction. He undertook further training in Sheffield and Birmingham completing hospital positions in Paediatrics, Restorative and Oral Maxillofacial surgery, during which he was awarded the Schottlander Research prize at the British Society of Prosthodontics in 2010.

Neil completed his specialist orthodontic training at the prestigious Eastman Dental Hospital in 2013. He was awarded the Houston Postgraduate Research Scholar, an award given to the best academic research dissertation in 2013. He has actively continued to pursue his research interest in patient related outcome measures. He has multiple publications in peer review journals. In his spare time Neil likes to play tennis, football and compete in mud runs as well as listening to and playing the acoustic guitar.
